Ray Machine provides contract manufacturing of machined and fabricated products for the computer and semiconductor industries. We provide all metal commodities from small machined products to large frames and weldments.
From components used in high end servers for IBM to components, panels and fillers for companies like L3 Communications, CIENA, Jabil, Parker Hannifin and Celestica. We compete in this global economy providing product to US sites as well as other global locations like Singapore and France.
We made our entry into IBM in early 1988 when we came up with a solution to manufacture a heat sink whose height to width ratio exceeded capabilities of the extrusion process. From this solution and through the support from Ray Machines team of mechanics and engineers, Ray Machine is now one of 30 global suppliers of mechanical components to IBM.
